The operating principle involves the following steps: 1. **Collection and Preparation**: Tires are collected, cleaned, and shredded into smaller pieces to facilitate the feeding into the pyrolysis machine. 2. **Loading and Temperature Control**: The shredded tire chips are loaded into the reactor, which is typically made of high-temperature-resistant materials like carbon steel or refractory materials. 3. **Heating and Decomposition**: As the temperature rises (usually between 400°C to 700°C), the rubber compounds in the tires begin to break down. The heat causes the bonds between carbon atoms to weaken, leading to the separation of volatile gases, oils, and charred materials. 4. **Separation of Products**: The gases produced during pyrolysis, called pyrolysis oil or tire smoke, are cooled and condensed to recover a usable liquid fuel. The charred material, known as tire slag or carbon black, is a solid byproduct with high carbon content. 5. **Gas Treatment**: The recovered pyrolysis oil may contain impurities such as water, sulfur, and tar, which need to be further processed through distillation or other purification methods to make it suitable for various applications like fuel, asphalt and so on
